ST. JOSEPH’S NURSES APPLAUDED FOR PATIENT CARE EXCELLENCE

Bill McDonald, President and CEO of the St. Joseph’s Healthcare System, congratulates Margie Latrella, RN, MSN and Carolyn Strimike, RN, MSN, Advanced Practice Nurses in The Women’s Heart Center at St. Joseph’s, for receiving the Second Quarter Press Ganey Customer Service Award. The nurses were praised for giving excellent clinical care and demonstrating “genuine concern and caring” to the women who receive the comprehensive cardiac risk evaluation.  “You are providing women in our region with a critical, potentially life-saving evaluation,” Mr. McDonald told the nurses, “and I have heard excellent reports about this service. Keep up the good work!”
