ST. JOSEPH’S NURSES APPLAUDED FOR PATIENT CARE EXCELLENCE

 

Maria Brennan, RN, MSN, Chief Nursing Officer of the St. Joseph’s Healthcare System and Vice President of Patient Care Services at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center (far left) and Linda Bowersox, RN, MSN, Vice President of Patient Care Services at St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital (far right)  congratulate Margie Latrella, RN, MSN, APN-C and Carolyn Strimike, RN, MSN, APN-C, Advanced Practice Nurses in The Women’s Heart Center at St. Joseph’s for achieving the greatest improvement in second Quarter Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Scores.

Ms. Latrella and Ms. Strimike provide comprehensive cardiac risk screening evaluations that enable women to know and reduce their risk for heart disease and receive further evaluation and treatment, if necessary. Some of the women who have received this evaluation comment: “ The nurse was great. She answered all of my concerns.”   “The nurse was extremely caring. Her concern and interest were genuine.”  “The nurse was very helpful. The follow-up information that she provided was excellent.”
